AmerisourceBergen’s annual ThoughtSpot conference and trade show in Las Vegas brings together some 1,500 participating Good Neighbor Pharmacy members, sharing innovations and best practices to enhance patient care and profitability. Hanlon Creative supports the event with a full array of branding and messaging services: engagement strategies, video content, and signage designed to maximize the impact of the live gathering. As a part of ThoughtSpot’s technology and innovation showcase, we created a fully immersive virtual reality experience that transported attendees through the past, present, and future of independent pharmacy.
Optimizing web results: SEO, shareability, sub-site integration
When it came time to rebuild Good Neighbor Pharmacy’s website for the social-media era, Hanlon led the threefold process of re-strategizing and streamlining content, freshening up the online brand’s look, and improving the site’s SEO. We also integrated MyGNP.com with Salesforce’s digital content platform, which allows AmerisourceBergen to incorporate individual, consistently branded micro-sites for all 3,000 pharmacies in the Good Neighbor Pharmacy network.
simplifying brand management
A big part of Good Neighbor Pharmacy’s B2B component is offering pharmacy affiliates resources they can use to enhance their customer-facing presentation and professionalism. As part of that initiative we completely redesigned the Good Neighbor Pharmacy brand’s interior and exterior store signage, establishing consistency across the entire pharmacy network. To put those designs into practice, we built a user-friendly, web-based signage portal giving busy pharmacists online access not only to a full array of branded materials, but also to signage experts and project management specialists able to address their specific needs. The program was launched through a series of reality-show-makeovers in which three pharmacies were completely transformed in just 48 hours.
