The Philadelphia chapter of the One Club for Creativity, formerly known as the Art Directors Club, has been celebrating the best and brightest creative spirits in Philadelphia for nearly a century. This year’s winners of the club’s coveted Louix award were announced on Thursday, February 28th at the SugarHouse Casino on the Delaware River waterfront.
The Louix Awards bring together all of Philadelphia’s finest and most accomplished advertising agencies, marketing organizations, and production studios. The competition was especially fierce this year, with incredible work shown all around, making us particularly proud to announce that Hanlon took home three major awards:
- Best Virtual Reality App
- Best Use of Virtual Reality in Healthcare
- Best in Show for Use of Technology
The One Club recognized our partnership with a highly respected local health center on a groundbreaking virtual reality program designed to improve mental wellness for both patients and healthcare providers. Virtual Relaxation is a fully immersive guided meditation built on the Oculus Rift platform. A scenic natural vista and soothing counseling transports patients and healthcare providers away from the stresses of the treatment space.
