Executive Leaders Radio (ELR) is the #1 weekly business radio show in the Mid-Atlantic region. The core ambition of the program is to delve into the personal histories of top business minds to reveal “what makes them tick” and “what it takes to succeed.”
The show provides a roving forum for intimate and probing interviews with four accomplished CEOs or CFOs every week. On Wednesday, May 10th, Hanlon’s co-founder and President Andrew Hanlon, co-founder and Chief Creative Officer Christopher Hanlon, and its Executive Vice President and General Manager Toby Eberly had the honor and pleasure to co-host an episode, which was recorded live at Hanlon’s offices.
In a change of focus and an expansion of the show’s traditional format, the Hanlon hosted program invited another group of C-Suite executives, namely CMOs.
The show was lead by Hank Boyer, President and CEO of the Boyer Management Group, a strategic planning organization, and the invited interviewees were Chris Helle, Chief Marketing Officer at Premier Medical and Dental; Brock Clauser, Vice President of Marketing at Operation Warm; Gary Catrambone, Vice President of Marketing at LoanLogics; and Stephanie Tantum, Director of Strategic Programs at IQVIA.
The core ambition of the program is to delve into the personal histories of top business minds to reveal “what makes them tick” and “what it takes to succeed.”
The Hanlon leadership team shared some of their personal backgrounds and the influences that shaped their professional mindset, but devoted most of the program to asking penetrating questions about their guests’ unique life stories. The four CMOs were both thoughtful and incredibly candid in discussing their childhoods, families, early careers, and pivotal people and moments that made them who they are today and inform their decision-making process as business leaders and marketing experts.
All in all, it was a lively and enlightening event. Be sure to check out the episode on ELR when it airs later this month — or listen right here:
