In order to rebrand Health Advocate, and established B to B brand, into Health Proponent, a new B to C endeavor, we basically started from scratch. Since we were changing target audiences, everything needed to be rethought. Colors, logos, tone, imagery and positioning were all revisited. Health Proponent needed a heart beat of its own. A personality that resonated with consumers, not businesses. At the center of our new brand was the tagline "Always on your side". By tapping into some amazing testimonials, we were able to demonstrate Health Proponent's ability to navigate the health care maze for its customers and quickly establish an emotional bond with our audience.
